All prices displayed on our website or in email and other promotional materials are in Euro (EUR), displayed as € when available on your system. In some places approximate USD and EUR equivalents are displayed for guidance only: goods and services will always be dispatched and charged at the Euro price. The USD/EUR exchange rate on the date of dispatch may vary from that used to calculate the equivalent. Prices of all goods and services are subject to change without notice.
We know that budgetary and other financial considerations make it imperative for some customers to receive proforma invoices or quotations before proceeding to purchase, and we are therefore pleased to provide this documentation, if requested. Prices stated will be valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed on.
Purchase Orders can be sent by fax or (postal) mail and must include your registered address, EU VAT number (if applicable) and a valid signature. Please note that we reserve the right to reject Purchase Orders and/or demand payments in advance.
Online orders must be paid in advance. For Purchase Orders, you will receive an invoice with the following payment options:
Account details (BIC/IBAN) are printed on our invoice.
For online orders, goods will be delivered after payments have been confirmed. For purchase orders, goods will be delivered at the same time as our invoice.
Software is delivered electronically. You will be asked to self-register at our support forum, and your account will be authorized to download the product and subsequent updates or upgrades. Please note that the availability of updates and upgrades depends on the product and (optional) service level agreements.
Unless otherwise noted, all online sales can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
